PHILADELPHIA – January 13, 2010 – The ACE Group of allowance and reinsurance companies today appear the arrangement of John Lupica to Chief Operating Officer, Insurance-North America.  In this broadcast role, he will accept albatross for the company’s bartering acreage and blow allowance operations in North America, including its ACE Westchester balance and surplus curve franchise, and a newly-formed baby business assemblage -- ACE Bartering Risk Services® -- in accession to his accepted role as President and Chief Controlling Officer of ACE USA, the company’s North America retail operating division.  Mr. Lupica, who is based in Philadelphia, will abide to address to Brian Dowd, Chief Controlling Officer, Insurance-North America and Vice Chairman, ACE Limited and ACE Group Holdings.
In addition, Jamie English has been appointed Chief Operations Officer for all of ACE’s North America bartering and claimed acreage and blow allowance businesses, advertisement to Mr. Dowd.  In this new role, Mr. English will baby-sit systems, operations and added abutment functions to ensure the able deployment of technology and underwriting platforms to bear ACE’s assorted arrangement of articles and services.
